Why Ukraine is Now A Major Problem For Biden

By Michael Todd

So what really happened in Ukraine? A recently released email purportedly shows that Joe Biden met with a top executive at Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company that his son Hunter was working for less than a year before he pressured Ukraine to fire a prosecutor that was investigating the company. In what could be one of the most ironic twists to the Ukraine controversy, the email in question came from a  laptop left at a computer repair store in Biden’s home state of Delaware. A person paid for the computer to be serviced and never retrieved the device. The FBI then picked up the device but not before the store owner made a copy of the hard drive.

The New York Post, which recently received a copy of the hard drive, reported:

The never-before-revealed meeting is mentioned in a message of appreciation that Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser to the board of Burisma, allegedly sent Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015, about a year after Hunter joined the Burisma board at a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month.

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,” the e-mail reads.

An earlier e-mail from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf.

The Post also noted that the revelation comes after Biden has repeatedly denied talking with his son Hunter about his overseas dealings. As the Republicans appropriately call him, Quid Pro Joe yelled at a fox news reporter over the issue in September.

“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden claimed. “I know Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him why he is on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader. You should be looking at Trump.”

Hunter Biden directly contradicts this in an interview where he said they did discuss overseas business dealings. Months later, after Joe Biden met with the Ukrainian gas executive, he “pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. He used a one billion dollar loan guarantee as leverage over Ukraine to fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma.

“I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,” Biden bragged during a talk in 2018. “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

Joe Biden

After the fictional Ukraine quid pro quo investigation by democrats against President Trump, it’s becoming more apparent that it was all a ruse to deflect away from Joe Biden’s corrupt dealings in Ukraine, China, and Russia. This is a clear example of the Democrats accusing others of doing what they are guilty of committing. It is undisputed that Hunter Biden became a board member of a gas company without any industry experience, and Joe Biden threatened to withhold money if the Ukrainians didn’t fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma. Those two factors equate to more evidence than what was used to impeach President Trump, so why does Joe Biden get special treatment?
