First, we are not a direct democracy but a constitutional Republic that preserves the State’s rights to a Republican form of government. Within the constitution, it provides state legislatures safeguards to ensure election integrity. In a contested election where fraud has occurred, state legislatures can choose to withhold electors, not appointing electoral college votes. The reason this is allowed is to prevent someone from obtaining electoral college votes illegally. The constitution does not require 270 votes to win the electoral college, but a majority of the available electoral votes. If some states do not appoint electors, then the number of electoral college votes needed would be a simple majority of the smaller number of available votes.
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress…
The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed…”
The 270 number assumes that all 538 college votes would be available during allotment, meaning a simple majority of 270 votes would win the presidency. In swing states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona, they collectively have 57 electoral votes. If those states decide not to appoint electors, then the electoral college would only have 481 available votes to select from. Thus, a simple majority of those electors would only require 241 votes to pick the next President.
Suppose electoral college votes are to be awarded without addressing the clear evidence of fraud that’s already been identified. What does that do to future elections? As a free society, we must ensure free and fair elections occur to protect our republic from potential tyrants taking government control.
Democrats blocked observers in crucial battleground states where irregularities are the most prevalent. While they may have been in the building, they were up to 50 feet away, not having ample opportunities to observe the counting. If they had nothing to hide, then why do that?
As a political analyst, I find this election to be deeply troubling in many ways. President Trump received more votes than any other incumbent in the history of the United States. He received eleven million more votes than he did in 2016. He performed considerably better in key demographic groups.
95 Percent of Republicans supported him.
He increased his catholic support
He gained with rural working-class whites
Trump garnered the largest amount of minority votes by a republican in over 50 years.
President Trump grew his support among black voters by over 50 percent from 2016
Joe Biden’s black support fell well below 90 percent, a level by which democrats usually lose
Trump increased his support from Latinos by over two thirds.
Trump won 17 of 18 bellwethers
The Republican party won back most of their 2018 house seats
It is statistically impossible for a Democrat to win Florida, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico when they get less than 90 percent of the black vote. Bellweather states swung further to Trump than 2016. Historically, Midwestern States, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania always swing in the direction of Ohio and Iowa because they are regional peers. Its also worth noting that Biden only received a spike in black votes from Detriot, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia, which coincidentally were the areas he needed to win.
He didn’t see equivalent spikes in the same demographic groups in similar states, which is highly unlikely for a presidential winner.
Are we supposed to believe that Joe Biden received more votes than any presidential candidate in US history? Biden only won 17 percent of all counties (524), yet he somehow beat Barack Obama’s 2008 vote total with 873 counties.
Successful presidential candidates typically have down-ballot coattails; Biden did not. Republicans also held the Senate and made significant gains in the House, where they gained a large number of seats and won all 27 toss-up contests. Democrats did not win a single state legislature and lost ground at the state level.
Many peculiarities lack compelling explanations and present statistically improbable outcomes. For one, when Trump comfortably led in the contested swing states, they stopped counting ballots, and in many cases, observers were forced out before counting resumed. Once counting continued, statistically abnormal totals began to occur. For instance, all the new votes counted started seeing a 90 percent or above ratio in Biden’s favor. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots that were received late have impossible postal return dates, while another 86,000 have such ridiculous return dates they raise significant doubts. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing.
There were Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates in the swing states being contested, despite the massive expansion of mail-in voting. This is significant because if the states just imposed the same absentee ballot rejection rate as recent cycles, Trump wins the election.
The Voter Integrity Project has found many anomalies that should force the expulsion of thousands of invalid votes. Estimates show that 20,312 people voted that no longer met residency requirements in Georgia. This is significant because Biden’s margin is 12,670 votes. Their research also shows that record numbers of dead people voted and pristine Ballots without any creases indicates they had not been mailed in envelopes as mandatory by law.
Statistically, these anomalies are improbable and show a concerted effort to disenfranchise voters. It would be one thing if one or two Irregularities occurred because it would be more defensible and easier to explain. But the level of irregularities we see shows a substantial attempt to defraud the American people. Furthermore, if nothing nefarious did occur, then It is quite mysterious that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were always in Biden’s favor, which is impossible. For this reason, the states in question should not appoint their electoral college votes to ensure a free and fair election.
